Shipping Policy:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are queued for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to the destination. All orders are currently shipped by Canada Post, however, this can change. After processing and leaving our facility, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
International delivery takes approximately 7-12 business days.

Description:
The product descriptions in our catalog and on this web site have been designed to provide the user with practical information for saddle selection. However, since it is not possible to include finite detail on all parts, the user should contact us for any information not included in the description, which may be critical to their purchase decision. Rejections can be accepted only for failure of parts to meet published specifications but not such things as flatness, color, finish specifications, tolerances, burr conditions, etc. when not covered in the descriptions.

Order Status & Processing

ORDER POLICY
All orders are processed between 9am and 5pm PST. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST, Monday – Friday, typically ship same day.
Items ordered together may ship separately, unless requested otherwise.
Shipping prices, methods, policies, times and availability are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Airo Bike Seat™ fills most orders the day they are placed. Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee that an order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return following the policy listed below. Please also refer to our “Refused Shipment Policy.”

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Packages are shipped from Kelowna, BC via Canada Post.

3 Day – delivery by end of third business day
Standard Shipping – 1-7 business days. Note: A business day DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY
By use of this site, customers authorize the carrier to leave a package at the destination delivery address without obtaining a signature if the carrier driver deems the location to be safe. Customers who are not able to locate a package that is claimed as delivered must follow the instructions for filing a claim listed below under the heading “Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims.”

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
At this time Airo Bike Seat™ does not offer expedited shipping.

MULTIPLE PIECE SHIPMENTS
Multiple and oversized shipments may increase the cost of shipping. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you with your options prior to shipping your order.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Airo Bike Seat™ adheres to the shipping polices of its carriers. Inclement weather may result in delivery delays.

REROUTING AN ORDER
Orders cannot be rerouted.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Airo Bike Seat™ to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total refund due to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Airo Bike Seat™ has partnered with Canada Post for shipping on international orders. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for all custom duties and taxes on item(s) purchased upon receipt of the package. Airo Bike Seat™ has no control over these additional charges and only charges for shipping from Canada to your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country’s statutes. Note: Airo Bike Seat™ will not issue credit where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment.

GUARANTEE
At Airo Bike Seat we want you to be 100% satisfied with comfort and performance of your new saddle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for help with installation, set up and adjustment. If after that, you are still unhappy, you may return your saddle to us within 30 days of the ship date for a refund of the cost of the saddle. Return shipping is payable by the customer. Returned saddles should be in new or lightly used condition and must not be scuffed, blemished, marked or damaged in any way as to render them unfit for sale. Any returned saddle that is obviously used, for example has been used on multiple long rides or cross country tours, will be subject to a partial refund at our discretion. Saddles that have had alterations made to them are not eligible for return. Please note that:

All returned items must have been purchased through our website. We do not accept returns purchased from a third-party vendor.
If we made an error in your order we will make it right. Just let us know.

Returns will be credited to the form of payment used on the original order.

RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION, LIGHTLY USED OR IN NEW CONDITION WITH PROPER PACKAGING. Our merchandise has been inspected before shipping, and our packages are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse.

Airo Bike Seat™ must receive returns within 30 days of the ship date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

RETURN DETAILS
Once we receive the return we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to post to your account. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase from our website. In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.

We will refuse items returned in unsaleable condition, and we WILL NOT pay to ship it back to you. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items. The initial outbound shipping charge (including shipping, handling, and insurance) will be deducted from your refund if an item that originally shipped for free is returned. We ship using Canada Post.

REFUND METHOD
Customers will receive credit back to the original payment method used on an order. We’ll refund your method of payment after we receive the original item. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for refunds to be processed.

EXCHANGES
We do not allow exchanges on our bike seats.

Claims Policy:

DAMAGED PACKAGE OR MISSING CONTENTS CLAIM
Visible Damage is defined as any damage to the packaging that is identifiable without opening the package at the time of delivery. Concealed Damage is defined as any damage that is not immediately noticeable at the time the package is opened or when the product is first used. Missing Content is defined as any package that is missing product that the packing slip states is included. These types of claims must be made directly to Airo Bike Seat™ within 5 business days of delivery. Any claims made after that time cannot be honored. Please contact Airo Bike Seat™ by email at customerservice@airobikeseat.com to make your claim.

INCORRECT DELIVERY AND LOST PACKAGE CLAIMS
Incorrect Delivery is defined as any incident where the driver delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost Packages can occur in two ways. First, lost packages can occur when packages are not able to be located within the carrier’s network. Second, a package can be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the customer cannot locate the package. Both incorrect delivery and lost package incidents are usually discovered through standard tracking of the package. Claims for either of these problems must be made directly to Airo Bike Seat™ upon discovery. No claims will be honored after 40 days from shipment date. Please contact Airo Bike Seat™ by email at customerservice@airobikeseat.com to make such a claim.

INCORRECT PRODUCT CLAIMS
Airo Bike Seat™ must be notified directly within 15 days of shipment of any package received where contents are incorrect. Please contact Airo Bike Seat™ by email at customerservice@airobikeseat.com to make such a claim.

Warranties & Liabilities:

LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the following limitations, terms, and conditions, Airo Bike Seat warrants to the original purchaser of saddle, that such saddles when purchased new, are free of defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty may be exercised for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash, or misuse.

This warranty is entirely voided by any modification of the saddle assembly. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. It applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, AIRO BIKE SEAT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AIRO BIKE SEAT’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO, AT AIRO BIKE SEAT’S SOLE DISCRETION, REIMBURSEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING anything in THESE TERMS to the contrary, AIRO BIKE SEAT SHALL NOT be responsible or held liable for punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, liability for loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption however the same may be caused, including fault or negligence of AIRO BIKE SEAT.

In order to exercise rights under this limited warranty, Customer must return the affected saddle to Airo Bike Seat with proof of purchase (original invoice or credit card statement) to:
