- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are queued for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to the destination. All orders are currently shipped by Canada Post, however, this can change. After processing and leaving our facility, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Airo Bike Seat™ has partnered with Canada Post for shipping on international orders. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Airo Bike Seat™ has no control over these additional charges and only charges for shipping from Canada to your country. At Airo Bike Seat we want you to be 100% satisfied with comfort and performance of your new saddle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for help with installation, set up and adjustment. If after that, you are still unhappy, you may return your saddle to us within 30 days of the ship date for a refund of the cost of the saddle. Return shipping is payable by the customer. Returned saddles should be in new or lightly used condition and must not be scuffed, blemished, marked or damaged in any way as to render them unfit for sale. Any returned saddle that is obviously used, for example has been used on multiple long rides or cross country tours, will be subject to a partial refund at our discretion. Saddles that have had alterations made to them are not eligible for return. Please note that:
- All returned items must have been purchased through our website. We do not accept returns purchased from a third-party vendor.
- If we made an error in your order we will make it right. Just let us know.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION, LIGHTLY USED OR IN NEW CONDITION WITH PROPER PACKAGING. Our merchandise has been inspected before shipping, and our packages are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse.
Airo Bike Seat™ must receive returns within 30 days of the ship date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.RETURN DETAILS
Once we receive the return we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to post to your account. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase from our website. In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.

Claims Policy:DAMAGED PACKAGE OR MISSING CONTENTS CLAIM
Visible Damage is defined as any damage to the packaging that is identifiable without opening the package at the time of delivery. Concealed Damage is defined as any damage that is not immediately noticeable at the time the package is opened or when the product is first used. Missing Content is defined as any package that is missing product that the packing slip states is included. These types of claims must be made directly to Airo Bike Seat™ within 5 business days of delivery. Any claims made after that time cannot be honored. Incorrect Delivery is defined as any incident where the driver delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost Packages can occur in two ways. First, lost packages can occur when packages are not able to be located within the carrier's network. Second, a package can be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the customer cannot locate the package. Both incorrect delivery and lost package incidents are usually discovered through standard tracking of the package. Claims for either of these problems must be made directly to Airo Bike Seat™ upon discovery. No claims will be honored after 40 days from shipment date. Airo Bike Seat™ must be notified directly within 15 days of shipment of any package received where contents are incorrect. Please contact Airo Bike Seat™ by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to make such a claim.
Warranties & Liabilities:LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the following limitations, terms, and conditions, Airo Bike Seat warrants to the original purchaser of saddle, that such saddles when purchased new, are free of defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty may be exercised for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash, or misuse.
This warranty is entirely voided by any modification of the saddle assembly. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. It applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, AIRO BIKE SEAT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AIRO BIKE SEAT'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO, AT AIRO BIKE SEAT'S SOLE DISCRETION, REIMBURSEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING anything in THESE TERMS to the contrary, AIRO BIKE SEAT SHALL NOT be responsible or held liable for punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, liability for loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption however the same may be caused, including fault or negligence of AIRO BIKE SEAT.
